Jewellery made into 9ct, 14ct, 18ct (yellow and white gold) and Silver ( fine or tarnish free silver is available). We sell natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds, tanzanites and other precious stones . Wedding rings and engagement rings are also manufactured. You can create your own design of jewellery and we will manufacture them. Copper bangles can be made on request with my designs with elephant hair. All elephant and giraffe hair pieces are handmade.

Shaun Baijnath is the Managing Director of Keeras designs. He Has over 30 years experience in jewelry manufacturing and designing since 1994. He is a qualified Goldsmith and Silversmith. He is a specialist in the manufacturing of African Ethnic Jewelry in the whole of South Africa. His designs are jewelry made from Bushmen Rock Art found in caves in South Africa . These bushmen art designs are cut by hand with a handsaw into various bushmen figures and various animals designs cut onto gold and silver, that get soldered onto actual jewelry pieces. We cast various wild life animals that’s created into unique jewelry designs pieces.

Shaun is a specialist in Elephant hair and Giraffe hair strands that’s made into jewelry pieces in gold and silver. He also works with African glass beads made into colorful jewelry pieces in gold and silver.

Shaun is a registered Wild Life trader with the South African government for the use of elephant and giraffe hair. He has a Standing permit for use of elephant hair.

He will also issue you a CITES CERTIFICATE (CONVENTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN ENDANGERED SPECIES ) if required ($10 cost-from 1 to 10 items per certificate.) with the following.

- Name

- Residential address (NO POSTBOX ADDRESS)

- Passport or Identification

- Description of the item on the certificate.

- A copy of the CITES certificate

- Permits will be available to be shown to anyone that wants to view before purchasing any items.

We Are Against Poaching or Hunting of Animals

NO hunting or poaching are carried out to get these hairs. They are collected in the wild as elephant hair which is very brittle breaks off when they swish their tails. If you have a look at elephants tails thers almost no hair or very small pieces left.

There are no prices on the website jewelry, the price of gold and silver fluctuates everyday with the $-dollar .

You can create your own design to be made, add diamonds or tanzanite's to my designs. Ring size and wrist size is very important measurements.

Keeras Designs will charge you the cost of the jewelry and courier delivery with DHL to your door only. Cites certificate ($10 ) is an added cost for the parcel. Insurance on the parcel can be added with your request with DHL.

All taxes and customs clearance will be for your own cost in your Country of residence which will be payable by you.
